Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with rent and service charge reconciliations
- Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and support credit control
- Prepare regular income and expenditure reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (surveyors, auditors, etc.)
- Support month-end processes and VAT returns
- Ensure financial data is recorded in line with company policies
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar finance/accounts support role
- Exposure to the property sector, particularly industrial/commercial assets
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Qube, MRI, Yardi, or similar)
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
