We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing UK business within the commercial equipment sector. The Role

As an Administrator within the Sales & Logistics team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of outbound shipments and collections. This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day outbound sales shipments and collections
  • Coordinating deliveries with third-party transport providers
  • Acting as a key point of contact for couriers and customers
  • Handling enquiries and resolving any delivery or logistics issues
  • Raising purchase orders and preparing shipment documentation
  • Monitoring outstanding collections and returns
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems accordingly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to CRM/ERP systems is beneficial (full training provided)
