Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a long-term temporary role or looking for some experience to add to your CV, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you?

 

The Role

Due to unforeseen circumstances our client, a Lancashire based design company are looking to take on an accomplished administrator to join their team on nine month long temporary basis to cover maternity leave, Monday – Friday, there is also chance this may become permanent for the right candidate.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Dealing with stock control and making sure orders are dispatch correctly
  • Resolving daily administrative tasks, and using a bespoke CRM system to maintain up to date records
  • Working on a range of Excel spreadsheets on a day-to-day basis
  • Involved with all warehouse admin
  • Providing information to managers regarding specific orders
  • Liaising with sales team and customer services

 

About you:

  • Competent on Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Great literacy and numeracy skills
  • Time management
  • At least 2+ years administrative experience
  • Great organisational skills
