We are recruiting for Business Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an experienced office support professional who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Working as part of a wider Business Support Team, you will provide essential administrative assistance across the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client onboarding and administrative processes
  • Preparing draft invoices and credit notes
  • Producing correspondence and final client documentation
  • Supporting mailshots and ad hoc projects
  • Printing, photocopying, and binding documents
  • Providing reception cover during busy periods and staff absence
  • Assisting with general administrative duties across the business
  • Opportunity to develop into PA-level responsibilities over time

About You

This opportunity would suit a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in a professional services environment.

You will be:

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail

  • Experience within accountancy practice or a similar professional services setting would be highly advantageous.
