We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded organisation seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an experienced office support professional who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
The Role
Working as part of a wider Business Support Team, you will provide essential administrative assistance across the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client onboarding and administrative processes
- Preparing draft invoices and credit notes
- Producing correspondence and final client documentation
- Supporting mailshots and ad hoc projects
- Printing, photocopying, and binding documents
- Providing reception cover during busy periods and staff absence
- Assisting with general administrative duties across the business
- Opportunity to develop into PA-level responsibilities over time
About You
This opportunity would suit a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in a professional services environment.
You will be:
- An effective team player with a proactive approach
- Passionate about delivering high-quality client service
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use initiative and manage workload effectively
- Experience within accountancy practice or a similar professional services setting would be highly advantageous.
