We’re currently recruiting for a driven and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join a well-established and expanding legal services business based in Blackburn.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team within a fast-paced environment, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance standards are met while contributing to an excellent client experience.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll support the business in maintaining high regulatory and compliance standards, while ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks
  • Process DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) administration tasks
  • Provide weekly compliance statistics and reports to management
  • Handle and process requests in line with the company’s Privacy Policy
  • Manage and maintain the compliance inbox, ensuring timely responses
  • Support the wider team with compliance-related administrative duties
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver a professional and courteous service at all times
