Are you a confident and organised individual who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment?

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly growing business operating within the construction, landscaping, forestry, and garden equipment sector.

The company supplies around 4,000 products across both B2B and B2C markets through its website, trade counter, eBay, and Amazon platforms. Due to continued growth, they are now building a dedicated customer service function making this a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and grow with the team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a busy but supportive environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and account queries
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Using CRM systems to log and manage customer interactions
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

This role is approximately:

• 60–70% phone-based customer service
• Remaining activity via email communication

 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team environment
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills and ability to use systems/CRM
• A positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn

This is a brand-new customer service function, so personality, attitude, and reliability are key.
