TaxiPlus is a division of Personnel Checks, one of the top Registered Umbrella Bodies for the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and Disclosure Scotland. TaxiPlus specializes in delivering tailored screening & safeguarding solutions for UK local authority licensing departments.

As a Service Delivery Advisor your role would include: 

  • Providing superb customer service to all applicants and clients, ensuring that Taxi Drivers are licence-ready for the council. 
  • Ensuring all telephone calls and email requests are answered professionally, quickly and effectively on the same day. 
  • Ensuring all elements of the DBS Check process are completed on the same day and accurately. 
  • Ensuring all information added onto any internal systems is accurate and up to date in line with data protection legislation. 
  • Dealing with Application Form queries quickly, and continually chasing until the query is resolved. 
  • Performing all administration tasks to the highest standards. 
  • Protecting all customer information, keeping it secure and up to date. 
  • To thoroughly check each application before submitting for countersigning and sending to the DBS head office for processing. 
  • All correspondence from the DBS, DVLA or other processing partners to be fully recorded and the relevant authority informed of delayed applications and recorded. 
  • To manage contracts ensuring that the customers receive an excellent standard of service from TaxiPlus. 
  • To ensure the cover of phones during office hours.
