As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide expert support across a diverse product range, ensuring a best-in-class experience for both UK and international clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and online channels, delivering friendly, responsive, and professional service for all enquiries.
  • Offer in-depth product knowledge related to luxury textiles, interior design solutions, and curated collections.
  • Guide customers through the order process, product selection, sampling, and after-sales support.
  • Proactively resolve queries or concerns to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing initiatives, sample distribution, and client events.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving product lines.
  • Support the wider team on ad hoc projects and communicate regularly with field-based sales representatives.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a design, interiors, or specialist product environment.
  • Ability to develop expert knowledge of products and commit to ongoing learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent approach to tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM/order systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive team environment.
