The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout their journey with professionalism and care.
- Manage a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Maintain and update accurate case files, keeping all information current and accessible
- Clearly explain case updates and processes in a simple, client-friendly manner
- Liaise with internal legal teams to communicate client needs and support positive outcomes
- Balance multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively based on urgency
- Accurately document all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle client concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and file organisation
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Competent in Microsoft Office and case management/CRM systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic working environment
- Previous experience in legal, financial, or professional services (desirable)
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards (advantageous)

- Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
- In Office role - 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
