Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role where you can truly make an impact?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their Executive Team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll become a trusted partner to senior management team, ensuring they can focus on driving the business forward, whilst creating a welcoming, efficient and well-organised workplace for colleagues and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-class Executive Assistant support to the senior leadership team
- Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and meeting packs
- Taking ownership of executive travel arrangements, itineraries and expenses
- Preparing presentations, reports and business documentation
- Tracking actions from leadership meetings and ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing office facilities, suppliers, stationery and workplace resources
- Coordinating company events, employee engagement activities and business functions
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, calm under pressure and enjoys being at the heart of a busy business.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
- Experience arranging travel, including accommodation, transport and itineraries
- Professional and approachable manner with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience overseeing office logistics, equipment and workplace resources.
- Experience planning and delivering company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
