We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Account Manager to support our sales operations and enhance the overall client experience. This role acts as a key point of contact for existing and prospective customers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and strong relationship management.

The successful Sales Account Manager will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales growth, and maintaining high service standards across all interactions.

Fluency in both German and English is essential to effectively support our international customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products, services, and order status in both German and English
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and consistent experience across different markets
  • Process orders, quotations, and returns efficiently while maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate closely with external sales teams to support account management and business development activities
  • Proactively follow up on customer requests, quotations, and ongoing orders
  • Resolve queries and issues with a solution-focused approach, ensuring customer needs are met
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes
  • Identify opportunities to add value to customer interactions and support overall sales objectives
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations, reporting, and CRM updates
