We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team based in Darwen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Logistics Administrator to support a busy logistics manager. Not only will you be providing administrative support, you will be dealing with our 3rd party logistics provider and other internal departments.
This is a busy role, a role that will entail working with the Manager to provide a full range of administrative support from raising Purchase orders, ordering stock from suppliers, using SAP, reconciling invoices and resolving queries, and providing data to the Logistics Manager.

- To perform accurate reconciliation of invoices
- To resolve invoice queries
- Invoice reconciliation
- Raising purchase orders to support business activities
- Place orders with suppliers
- Administrative duties as required
About you...
- Ability to process data in excel
- Good numeric skills
- SAP knowledge preferred, however training will be given
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Pro-active approach to resolutions of issues
- Working on own initiative

- This role is a 20 hour position , based over a 5 day week. Flexibility on hours within core office hours (8 to 5)
- 28 days Holidays per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays. Company shut down at Christmas 4 days to be saved - pro rata for part time
