Are you a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on autonomy and impact?

We’re partnering with a national facilities business to recruit a standalone Marketing Executive role. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full marketing function and help shape the brand nationally.

This is not a siloed role. You’ll be at the heart of the business, working closely with senior leadership, operations, and sales to drive growth, reputation, and pipeline.

The Opportunity

As the sole marketing lead, you’ll have responsibility across execution, and performance, including:

  • Developing and executing the national marketing strategy
  • Creating compelling content across digital, print, and bid submissions
  • Managing social media channels and campaigns
  • Leading PR and brand communications, including media relationships
  • Planning and delivering events, exhibitions, and client engagement activity
  • Supporting and enhancing tenders and bids with high-quality marketing input
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Tracking performance and continuously optimising activity

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, set priorities, and build a marketing function that genuinely supports business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A senior marketing professional comfortable working independently
  • Proven experience across content, digital, PR, and events
  • Strong commercial awareness, ideally within B2B services
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can influence at all levels
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategy with delivery

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Circa £35,000
  • Holiday:
    • 30 days initially (22 personal + 8 bank holidays)
    • Increases to 33 days including bank holidays in year two
    • Christmas shutdown (3–4 days to be saved)
    • Extra day off for your birthday
    • Additional holiday days awarded for every 5 years’ service, with service awards
  • Pension:
    • Auto-enrolment scheme (total 9%)
    • Employer contribution starts at 4%, rising to 5.5% after 5 years and up to 7% long-term
