This is a fast-growing company in the finance sector where every team member is vital to success. Due to continual growth they are looking for someone to join their team to provide business support, credit compliance and general administration to the wider business.
 

Your new role...

  • Responsible for the processing of all credit proposals received from Brokers and the internal sales team
  • Managing the workflow of proposals – ensuring any pending items are not missed and any outstanding tasks are followed up with the Sales team and Brokers
  • Administration of various credit compliance processes and preparation of monthly credit compliance documentation
  • Liaison with all teams within the department regarding collation of information for Credit & Risk reporting
  • Support for Departmental meetings as required
  • Respond to diligence requests as required
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time to achieve overall business objectives 

 

About you...

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships by email and over the telephone
  • 3 years’ experience of working within an administration role
  • Experience of document preparation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate ownership and accountability for own workload
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • High level of computer literacy
