
Our client is looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join its fast-paced operations team. Based in Burnley, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time — from initial placement to final dispatch.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse order updates using internal reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Track consignments and allocate goods accurately to orders
- Troubleshoot undelivered or delayed shipments
- Follow up on uncollected customer collections
- Monitor and communicate order cut-off times
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related system issues
- Prepare commercial invoices for international/export orders
- Prioritise and escalate urgent or high-value orders
- Assist in print scheduling and production planning
- Contribute to business-wide continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in order fulfilment, sales order processing, or operations administration
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable analysing data and identifying process improvements
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
