Your new role...

  • Working within a small team, handle and process payouts of asset finance opportunities in accordance with the defined criteria and checks
  • Handle and monitor new proposals and documentation to ensure that a market leading customer service is maintained
  • Liaise with colleagues in Credit in order to provide all documentation/information required on new proposals
  • To act as a broker liaison point, assisting with document preparation and general queries
  • To deal appropriately with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents and suppliers/third parties
  • Ensuring that data protection and money laundering guidelines are followed at all times
  • To ensure the fraud, valuation, proposal and outstanding deals log are updated and maintained
  • Production and dispatch of Welcome Packs 
  • Direct support for other administration duties, as and when required

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships by email and over the telephone
  • Sound financial, analytical and numerical skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Team player with self-motivation and drive
