Are you ready to take the next step in your procurement career with a growing national business? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Purchasing Administrator to join our Burnley-based team and play a vital role in supporting our purchasing operations across the UK.

About the Role:

As Purchasing Administrator , you’ll work closely with the Operations Director and wider team. You’ll liaise with suppliers, manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and help maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock forecasting
  • Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Supporting procurement reporting and data analysis
  • Assisting with sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build supplier relationships
  • Comfortable working with Excel and CRM systems
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
