About the Role:
As Purchasing Administrator , you’ll work closely with the Operations Director and wider team. You’ll liaise with suppliers, manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and help maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
 
	- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
 
	- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock forecasting
 
	- Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
 
	- Supporting procurement reporting and data analysis
 
	- Assisting with sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance
 
What We're Looking For:
	- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement support role
 
	- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
 
	- Confident communicator with the ability to build supplier relationships
 
	- Comfortable working with Excel and CRM systems
 
	- A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
