✅ Full time, based at our office in Blackburn town centre (lots of opportunity for agile working following induction and training)
✅ Working with and expanding our amazing client base to support our growth plans
✅ Sourcing the best talent, understanding them and connecting them with exciting career moves
✅ Recruitment experience welcome, but not essential! Just transferable skills like sales, communication, listening, and a drive to succeed

✅ We are looking to add a consultant to the commercial recruitment team to drive growth on the temporary recruitment desk. You would be working with a strong an experienced permanent counterpart to develop business in the Lancashire area.
