Cummins Mellor are looking for an exceptional commercial permanent recruitment consultant to join our team.

We are experiencing remarkable growth (60% increase on last quarter) so now is a perfect time to join our team.

 

Your new role...

  • Working with our existing client base of amazing companies, finding them the best talent to achieve their business goals
  • Finding the best candidates in the market, understand their motivations and job requirements and introducing them to exciting opportunities
  • Developing relationships with new organisations to increase our client base and grow our business

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You don't need recruitment experience, just the transferable skills such as sales ability, great interpersonal skills and a desire to progress and achieve (full training will be provided)
  • Someone who fits into our culture, we value positive people who are team players

  • A person who loves getting to know people, is naturally curious and loves creating great customer experiences

Our standard basic salary for an experienced recruitment consultant is £25k basic salary plus generous bonus scheme but we always tailor our packages based on experience and your current earnings to make a transition as easy as possible.
