Your new role...
- Working with our existing client base of amazing companies, finding them the best talent to achieve their business goals
- Finding the best candidates in the market, understand their motivations and job requirements and introducing them to exciting opportunities
- Developing relationships with new organisations to increase our client base and grow our business

- You don't need recruitment experience, just the transferable skills such as sales ability, great interpersonal skills and a desire to progress and achieve (full training will be provided)

Our standard basic salary for an experienced recruitment consultant is £25k basic salary plus generous bonus scheme but we always tailor our packages based on experience and your current earnings to make a transition as easy as possible.
