Sales Executive

Our sister company, Personnel Checks is looking for a permanent Sales Executive to start as soon as possible. Are you looking to grow your career... then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This position is based in our lovely offices in Blackburn where you will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.


Your new role will include…      

  • Feed the Business Development Executive’s “pipeline” of enquiries through lead generation using outbound lead sources
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and research and build relationships with prospects
  • Prospect sales leads from a well-defined market of existing customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with prospects
  • Identify market opportunities and work with Business Development Executives to capitalise on winning new business contracts
  • Service inbound website leads and convert into new customers


About you...

  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • A strong knowledge and experience in negotiation and closing techniques
  • A sound understanding of the sales process to understand the client challenges and provide solutions
  • High levels of motivation for sales including strong sales planning skills
  • Experience utilising CRM software and Microsoft Office packages 
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Drive to consistently meet sales goals
  • Establish, develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with prospects 
  • Identify market opportunities and work with Business Development Executives to capitalise on winning new business contract
