Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries relating to:
  • Account settlements
  • Asset or product-related complaints
  • Rental and payment queries
  • General customer enquiries with strict attention to deadlines
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all actions comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone
  • Prioritise and manage workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
