Trainee Account Manager

Our client is a very well established company that is growing at a rapid pace and looking for the right person to join their team. They have grown to become one of the country’s leading service and maintenance specialists, as well as manufacturing and supplying air filters for all aspects of heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) and spray booth industries. 

 

Role and Responsibilities...

  • Manage & nurture existing clients and service contracts by coordinating pre-planned and reactive; sales orders, service/engineer calls, parts delivery, and other resources within a designated geographical area.
  • Create & build new business by means of prospecting, lead generation and tele-sales.
  • Meet or better personal and team targets within a supportive environment as well as using your own initiative and personality to help grow the business and provide great customer service and support to all existing & new clients.
  • Manage & coordinate, pre-planned and reactive call outs, by means of efficient scheduling of our mobile engineers.
  • Manage & coordinate the supply of labour, parts, filters and other resources.
  • Create and build new business via prospecting, lead generation and closing sales via the telephone.
  • Use the company’s existing systems of work, ERP and computerized systems to input all necessary data to ensure effective communication to all.
  • To be self-motivated and use your own initiative to develop and grow the business, meeting or improving sales targets as well as other KPIs.
  • Relationship building, including customers, engineers and office colleagues.

 

About you..

  •  Ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and computer literate with a proven telephone manner and the capability of building good working relationships.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
