This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being operationally involved, leading from the front, developing people, and improving warehouse performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supporting stock accuracy and warehouse performance through the WMS system
  • Assisting with project-based operational improvements
  • Helping maintain excellent customer service standards across multiple client accounts
  • Supporting peak operational periods, including seasonal volume increases

This role is approximately:

  • 70% operationally hands-on on the warehouse floor
  • 30% systems, planning, reporting, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or 3PL environment
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Confidence using warehouse systems and technology
  • The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced setting

Experience with Mintsoft or another WMS would be beneficial, but training can be provided.

What’s In It For You?

  • £30K level would suit someone with Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader experience.
  • £40K level would suit someone who has previously managed a warehouse within a fast-moving environment similar to their operation.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Genuine career progression opportunities
  • Death in service benefit
  • Growing business with long-term opportunities
  • Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, plus 1 Sunday per month (with a day off in lieu of that week).

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your leadership career within a supportive and expanding logistics business, we’d love to hear from you.
