We’re a well-established, family-run business based in Burnley, seeking a Warehouse Manager to take the reins of our busy operation. This is a key leadership role, managing a small but dedicated team of 5–6 staff, with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Overseeing stock control and conducting regular stock counts
- Ensuring smooth organisation and layout of warehouse space
- Handling documentation, dispatch paperwork, and system entries
- Leading on health & safety compliance and best practice
- Implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
- Being hands-on – this is not a desk-only role!
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
- A natural leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
