Cummins Mellor are recruiting for permanent Warehouse Operatives to work for a highly successful, growing client in Rosegrove, Burnley.
The client is a multi-territory and multi-brand pure play digital retailer, primarily targeting the B2C market segment and focusing on two main categories; Bathroom and Heating. The company was founded in 2004 and has enjoyed rapid growth over the past decade which has been facilitated via both acquisition and organic growth, due to this growth they now have a new site in Clayton Le Moors.
The role mainly involves working on dispatch loading and unloading containers, palletising and packing. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person as there is genuine opportunity for progression onto Team Leader roles, it is also a positive working atmosphere amongst a brilliant team of people.

The job will involve:
- Loading and unloading containers within a team (baths, sinks and radiators)
- Palletising
- Heavy lifting
- Goods in Goods out
- Re-packing
- Wrapping
- Picking
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable and have at least 3 years warehouse experience.
